Under this cruel cerulean sky

Under this cruel cerulean sky, a dreamer lies waken.

Under his mind, his dreams marched through, fro, around, and past.
Much to be done, much to be considered.
That particular thought, won't last more than a second.
For this dreamer is lazy, lazy beyond his own responsibilities.
Reality does not hold him much, reality does not restrain him much.

But his peer, his people asked him over and over.
"What do you want with your future ?"
So he broke down and thought at last.
But his honest and truthful answer,
"I don't know."
Does not give satisfaction, for his people, for his future.

Nor for his own peace of mind.

Under this cruel cerulean sky, a dreamer lies waken.
Afraid that he would not be allowed to dream anymore.


I want to dream.
Even if under this cruel cerulean sky, I still want to dream.
